- – Known as the Miami Mansion Yacht, this innovative floating luxury home is truly a first-of-its-kind autonomous
floating ‘Villa’ rental. - – The first yacht home made entirely of stainless steel with magnificent indoor and outdoor decks. It features the
perfect measure of 84 feet in length and 40 feet across, but the Mansion Yacht is not only unique visually, but also in
build. The mega yacht has four 18-foot hydraulic legs with a lifting capacity of a million pounds each, which allows
the yacht to stand up in the water (up to 15 feet in the air in three feet of water). - – Encompassing 9,000 square feet overall, the mansion yacht features a 20ft elevated 2,300 square-foot furnished
deck for breathtaking panoramic water views. - – The main deck features a massive grand salon with scenic panorama glass walls, living and dining space for 12, a
chef’s kitchen, and a breathtaking outdoor terrace. There are also 3 Staterooms with luxury king bedding, full
designer baths, and a walk-in pantry/ laundry. - – On the below deck, there’s an 800-square-feet theater and game room, with 2 staterooms that also contain luxury
king bedding and full designer baths. On the rooftop, there’s a massive space of 2400-square feet space with a 360°

What you'll do
Our experience begins by boarding the yacht and our crew will welcome you with beverages. We will have the opportunity to visit these Miami iconic sites: Star Island, Fisher Island, Monument Island, Nixon Sandbar, and Downtown Miami. Cruising between the high-rise skyscrapers.
During the trip, you can also observe Miami from its shores, appreciating an unforgettable view of the city, skyscrapers, and some of the most distinctive places in the city. After we anchored you can play and relax on the water toys that will be deployed or just go for a quick dip. The Yacht is fully equipped with an icebox, fridge, freezer, etc.
Things to keep in mind
- • Per Federal US Coast Guard regulations, maximum 13 passengers allowed.
- • Yacht has a fridge, kitchen and bathroom on board.
- • Yacht has a great sound system. You may connect your cell phone via Bluetooth to play your own music.
- • We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed. (some yachts are ok, please ask which ones)
- • All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.
- • Pick up time is up to you; your day begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
- • You can bring your own alcohol and food without any problem
- • Children are allowed on board and are counted as a passenger
- • 7% tax and 15-18% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.
- • Payment is due 10 days before your charter date
- • For charters over $5k a wire transfer is required
What to bring
- • You can bring food or beverage items along that you’d like but remember we offer the best sushi and catering on the market.
- • Bring a towel if you’d like to swim.
What NOT to bring
- • No red wine or other staining beverages.
- • No BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.
- • No pets are allowed onboard.
- • No glitter or confetti.
Cancellation policy
- Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 14 days before the experience starts.
- If the day of your charter there is bad weather, we can reschedule for another day without any additional fee.

Let me start off by saying Camila, Julio and Maria was amazing host today. They made sure my crew was well taken care of. From the time we booked it... to the time we met at the dock. The communication with the crew was A1. When we first boarded the boat they went over safety protocols. The kept checking on the crew to make sure we was ok. They showed us some beautiful homes that belong to some legends. The whole tour was amazing. My son 16th day was nothing but amazing thanks to the care. Oh let me not forget they was great photographers lol.This is not a job to them this is something they love to do and you can definitely tell that by their professionalism and communication. We had some great conversations and educational moments. When I come back to Miami this summer I’m definitely requesting the same crew if they’re available.
