Question 1

How do I book a yacht charter with Prime Luxury Rentals?

Accepted Answer

You can book directly through our website, by phone, or by contacting our concierge team via WhatsApp. Once we confirm your preferred date, time, and yacht, you will receive a digital proposal with all details. A deposit secures your reservation and your charter is confirmed once payment is processed.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book my yacht charter in Miami?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons such as Art Basel, Miami Boat Show, and Spring Break. For large groups or corporate events, 4–6 weeks is ideal.

Question 3

What payment methods does Prime Luxury Rentals accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit cards, Zelle, ACH transfers, and bank wires. For larger bookings, a wire transfer may be required. Cryptocurrency payments such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT can also be arranged upon request.

Question 4

Is a deposit required to confirm my yacht charter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your yacht and preferred date. The remaining balance is typically due 7–10 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at confirmation.

Question 5

What is included with a Prime Luxury Rentals yacht charter?

Accepted Answer

Most charters include the yacht, licensed captain and crew, standard fuel within Miami cruising routes, bottled water, ice, towels, and full use of the sound system. Exact inclusions vary by yacht and are clearly listed in your proposal.

Question 6

Can I bring my own food and drinks or hire a private chef?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may bring your own food and beverages, or our team can arrange gourmet catering, private chefs, and custom menus. We also offer premium open bar options with champagne, wine, and top-shelf spirits.

Question 7

What types of yacht experiences do you offer in Miami?

Accepted Answer

We offer half-day and full-day charters, sunset cruises, Miami by Night experiences, sandbar parties, birthday and bachelorette packages, corporate events, private chef dinners, and multi-day yacht getaways to destinations such as the Florida Keys and the Bahamas.

Question 8

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?

Accepted Answer

Guest safety always comes first. If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe to sail, your charter will be rescheduled to a new date or credited or refunded according to our weather and cancellation policy.

Question 9

Are children allowed onboard Prime Luxury Rentals yachts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, families are welcome. Children of all ages can join the charter, and child-size life jackets are available on most yachts. We always recommend active parental supervision while onboard and during swimming activities.

Question 10

Where do Prime Luxury Rentals yachts depart from in Miami?

Accepted Answer

Most charters depart from marinas in Miami and Miami Beach, including Downtown Miami, Bayside, Sea Isle Marina, Haulover, and other premium locations. The exact marina address is confirmed in your booking documents.

Question 11

Do you organize corporate and event yacht charters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Prime Luxury Rentals specializes in corporate yacht charters, incentive events, product launches, client entertainment, team-building experiences, and brand activations. Our team can coordinate everything from AV and décor to catering, bar service, and transportation.

Question 12

Can corporate yacht events be tax-deductible for my company?

Accepted Answer

In many cases, yacht charters used for client entertainment, meetings, or incentive experiences may qualify as a business expense. However, tax rules vary, so we always recommend confirming the details with your accountant or tax advisor.
