We booked a yacht for a bachelorette party and had an incredible time! You can bring your own food and alcohol, which made it very easy since we had... several dietary restrictions in the group. Maria helped us with our booking, and was very accommodating with payment options as we were not from the US. Camila hosted us on board and went above and beyond with her service! Pouring us drinks as soon as they were empty, preparing the food we brought and serving it to us in the platters they had on board, making sure our music was connected, and overall just a very positive vibe! Julio was our captain and we felt perfectly at ease with him driving the yacht. He even helped us spot dolphins! 10/10 would recommend and would definitely book through them again. I just got back from my Bach boat day with Roman and Maggie. Roman was an excellent boat captain , we hit some bad weather and he was so calm and... reassuring everything would be okay, he made the ride smooth. Maggie kept the energy going! Everyone treated us as if they cared about our experience and not just another source of profit. I really loved how we were all greeted and taken... care of from start to finish. My friend lost her phone inside the boat and the captain took the time to get the tools necessary to get her phone back and called us when he retrieved it. If you have a bachelor or bachelorette party, rent a yacht from here! Seriously, you will be blown away!! We rented the 54’ yacht for a bachelor... party and it was incredible! We were actually running late because of an incident prior to the reservation, but our captain TJ assured us that they will wait and he’d make sure we caught the sunset. The stewardess, Sandra, took amazing care of us and would constantly go above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and having fun. We blasted music on the yacht, jumped in the open ocean, rode around on a jet ski, chilled in the inflatable pool, and popped champagne bottles. TJ and Sandra were fantastic and I cannot recommend Prime Luxury Rentals enough!read more

Laura and Julio were the best !!! Our yacht experience was the highlight of our weekend. We had 5 girls for a bachelorette party and it was the... perfect boat ride even with a little rain. Laura asked us how much we wanted to ride around vs. swim to accommodate our requests, there was ample water, ice, and snacks on board along with a restroom. We played our own music playlist and had some time on the top and bottom areas of the both. Also Laura was the best photographer and got us so many cute pictures. Let me start off by saying Camila, Julio and Maria was amazing host today. They made sure my crew was well taken care of. From the time we booked it... to the time we met at the dock. The communication with the crew was A1. When we first boarded the boat they went over safety protocols. The kept checking on the crew to make sure we was ok. They showed us some beautiful homes that belong to some legends. The whole tour was amazing. My son 16th day was nothing but amazing thanks to the care. Oh let me not forget they was great photographers lol.This is not a job to them this is something they love to do and you can definitely tell that by their professionalism and communication. Absolutely best time ever yacht was amazing .!!! Unlike all other yachts I’ve rented this one has all the toys . Jet ski, 2 water dolphins, 17 foot... high slide , hoverboard, and it’s own pool I know hard to believe look it up . The crew on top of everything bartender was like having 3 people you never had empty glass she also made drinks for my little ones so cool . The water crew stayed with kids and adults make sure everything went well , and if u had issue they where right there to help , they also made sure u had fresh water or Gatorade after playing . The captain was so sharp even let my little girl drive boat . We hired a chef so we didn’t have to do anything . All food was perfect. Went to Miami in October to have our annual gathering of 10 friends and do some real fun things. One of those is a private yacht charter through... Prime Luxury Rentals. This year we went bigger with a 54ft Sea Ray with jetski! What a blast! it was a perfect weather day too! This time we requested wraps and sushi platters and fresh fruit.. it was fresh and delicious! Plenty of complimentary sodas and water to go with the 3 bottles of champagne, just as advertised. Can't say enough about our captain TJ and stewardess Daysha either.. they realized right off the bat that we were a fun but respectful bunch and were eager to make our day the most amazing it could be! There was just one negative aspect that had nothing to do with the day of the rental that I should mention for the sake of anyone looking to charter with PLR in the future. This was my fourth time booking with them. the three other times payment was by credit card. Somewhere along the way I missed that this time payment was expected to be via Zelle or wire transfer or cash at the dock. I had an unexpected issue with Zelle from ONE of my 2 accounts that I was not aware of. This cause me a great deal of angst as I thought the trip might not happen! Fortunately, PLR agent Angela ("Angel" in disguise!) stuck with me the whole time to try to figure out how to work it out, even going so far as to work late after she was headed home! Big shout out to her! We'll be back!read more

Dennis, Ariana, and Vanessa were all amazing. Vanessa was great and patient especially since we were all a little late. She explained everything I... had to sign and answered any questions I had. I spoke with Angela in order to book. All was set, and she called me back with an unfortunate setback due to my request on a holiday. The third party... vendor were adamant about charging an additional holiday fee of about $1,200. She was just as upset as I was. I told her I had to think about it, and we hung up. Apparently, she spoke with her company reps and advocated that the first price should be honored given there was no mention of a holiday charge beforehand and my readiness to book immediately.... she called me back. From the moment I called, till the very end the experience and support was amazing. The only caveat I would say we had was in regards to the grill. I... got the word that had it, however, immediately after entering into the vessel there wasnt one. But they were kind enough to let us bring our small(gas) grill so we could bbq on it. Krist has been extremely supportive and her assistance has been great. Looking forward to another travel on the same vessel (Eva) but now in the Bahamas! Prime Luxury is the way to go!read more

My experience with Prime Luxury Rentals was amazing. I celebrated my 50th bday on the 44' Cranchi. Angelo Urbano worked with me for 1 yr and help me... with so many different options for my big day. I then wanted to cancel and Angela did not let cancel. She said what can we do to make this work for you. I then reserved 2 boats and due to Covid things were delayed for a while. She was... on top of us when we arrived and assisted us with anything we wanted to bring on the boat. Gustavo, the captain was so sweet! As well as the lovely lady on the boat who assisted with drinks/anything we needed. This past weekend memories were made. Prime Luxury Rentals put on a world class presentation for us. Red carpet rolled out greeting our large party... of guests, friendly staff warmly greeted us with smiles, and a private chef preparing delicious treats for us. The bar was well stocked and service was prompt and professional. All of the staff followed mask and hygiene protocols for the entirety of the voyage. Carlos added many personal touches that went beyond our expectations. He is extremely meticulous and spared no expense. We rented a catamaran for a bachelorette party weekend to Miami. Coming from Chicago I was mostly nervous about the weather. There is a clause in the... paperwork that says you will no receive your money back due to inclement weather, but you can reschedule at any point in the future. This may sound great for locals, but there's no way I could get 25 women back to Miami. I was very worried about not being able to refund each girl their expensive price they paid.Luckily, even though storms were on the forecast, we set out on the boat without a hitch. It even rained at one point, but the captain was really great about showing us some famous houses during that time. The crew were overly accommodating, helping us with drinks, with getting on and off the boat, and just being really fun in general. The boat was really fun too!Maria from Prime Luxury Experiences was very helpful emailing back and receiving payment before our trip, as well as messaging me on the day of to help me organize.Lina was our coordinator when we got there and she was very helpful in signing documents, getting us our champagne, and making sure I had everything I needed.Finally the company they went with had a crew of Fernando, Matt, and Eric. I believe those were all their names. They were fantastic!!!!read more

Prime Luxury was the best! We chartered the 75’ Lazzara!! The crew was outstanding! This was my first time renting a yacht. We rented the yacht for 8... hours. This experience was awesome!! Maria was great as far making sure everything was set up!! It was a smooth check in-quick and easy!! We all wished it could have lasted longer!! Rita and Robert were the best!! And they docked us to eat at a very nice restaurant! Be prepared to pay for docking fees if you choose to go to a restaurant while on board! But it was worth it! I booked the 72 foot yacht for a day out with close friends! The staff and experience was exquisite! With a personal chef, massage therapist,... mixologist, and crew with a captain I couldn’t have been happier! The chef plans meals with you ahead of time to meet your needs. The massage therapist helped with all of my back pain from the trip here. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times. The mixologist was always making sure our needs were met and making the drinks we had asked for. Hands down an amazing experience I will definitely come back again and can’t wait!read more

My family and I chartered with Prime Luxury Rental on August 26, however the wonderful service started from the first day when I contacted them and... spoke to Maria who made everything easy and pleasant from giving me detailed information and making sure to give me directions from our rental house to the marina. She was never pushy and she always replied to me on timely manner. The day of the charter Melissa our VIP host met us at our car with a warm smile and made sure the fun begin before we even set foot on the yacht. She kept us entertained through the whole charter time including watching over the 2 year baby who was with us. Sandie our waitress never left anyone of us wanting for anything. What a great experience! I surprised my boyfriend for a Yacht party for his birthday. I still can see the smile on his face! Everything was perfect!... Kris assisted me in planning the celebration. Truth is: she did all the planning. Nothing was left out. This was one of the BEST celebrations ever! We will use Prime Luxury Rental again! Me and my friends booked the Rodríguez cat 62 ft.I really want to thank Maria with her wonderful customer service skills helped with everything... communicated with me anytime I had a question Maria was rite there.I would recommend anyone that is booking a yacht in Miami go to prime luxury..Me and my friends had the best time of our life the captain was very nice as well..Also the host made us very comfortable..My favorite host on the yacht was Milessa she had very good energy..Once again thanks Maria for helping book the Rodriguez cat I really appreciate it a lot best experience ever..Me and friends want to do it again next year and I’m going to make sure I call maria..Thanks prime luxury we had a blastread more

A group of us wives got together to plan a father's day celebration for our husbands. We rented the 55" Azimut Yacht. Let me tell you "AMAZING".... Customer Service Rep. Maria was "THE BOMB"!!!!! She was very professional, answerd all of my questions, and always followed up with me. Captain Alex and his crew Laura and Lesi were AWESOME as well. They too were very professional.
