OLD REVIEW - Wow, I was just shocked by a phone call with Sondra regarding a possible Company event on one of their Yachts. Our meeting was for 3:30pm as per the 'invite' in my calendar - she mistakenly thought it was at 3pm (which is fine, we all have made that mistake) - I was out of the office when she called and left a message - on hearing the message around 3:25 I called her and first asked her how she was doing, I got a very cold 'OK' answer - nothing more. I then told her that our meeting had been for 3:30pm thinking that she was mad at me for missing the meeting (which was still unusual and unacceptable behavior) her answer in a very nasty condescending way was "Well, are we going to talk about the Yachts". I was shocked! I told her that I had obviously caught her at a bad time and that no, we wouldn't be talking about anything at this point. I then put the phone down. I cannot believe that the 'face' of the Company is someone who has a real attitude problem and is obviously losing your company clients. Disappointing and a horrible experience.
