Reservations

1. Your request to reserve a vessel will be given priority on a first come first serve basis.
2. Once you submit your information, a helpful representative will contact you to confirm the availability of the boat.
3. If your desired luxury boat is available for your desired departure date and time, your reservation will become effective and a reservation # will be issued once credit card information is received.
4. Upon issuance of your reservation #, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost. The remaining 50% is due seven (7) days prior to yacht charter date.

Forms of Payment for Car Rentals & Boat Rentals:

• We accept  
• Additional payment methods: wire transfer, Zelle & Quickpay
• Cash and Bank Transfer also accepted.
• Sales Tax of 7.0% is not included in your rental quote
• Rental quote price does not include 18% gratuity
• 4.5% Tax applies when paid by credit card.
• Car Rentals are subject to availability.

Security Deposit Required on ALL Boat Rentals and Yacht Rentals:

A security deposit for incidentals will be put on hold on a credit card which will not be charged and will be refunded upon return. ALL RENTALS NEED A CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

REFUNDS on Luxury Boat Rentals or Luxury Yacht Charters:

We cannot predict any issues that may arise on these boats and yacht charters. Although it rarely happens and we keep all our equipment well maintained, it happens and it is in most cases out of our control. Upon owner’s authorization, we will issue a credit towards a future rental but cannot offer any refunds.

In the rare occasion that your reserved boat becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to next available boat at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

• Rentals are not subject to cancellation nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions a rain check or credit of the charter fee will be issued with no expiration.
